We are thrilled to partner with the iconic Morton Salt on a second collaboration beer this year. A wise man once said, “Beer and salt are the pillars of any successul society.” Was that wise man me? Maybe. Did he say it right now? Possibly. That’s beside the point… Beer and salt are staples at every backyard barbecue, and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the way they bring people together than by brewing an amazing new beer. We hope they do the same for you! Get on the horn with your buddies, bust out your sunnies, and let your salty side shine.
Inspired by the art of BBQ, Rise and Brine was brewed to compliment an array of culinary spices and sugars (like ones you might fine in a rub). The core of our collab is an IPA that is incredibly flavorful, reminscent of a West Coast, but with an addition of brown sugar and Morton salt to give it strength and distinction. Finally, we dry-hopped with Apollo hops that are of a deeply resinous and piney variety. We hope you’ll enjoy this year’s collaboration with us and around your grill at home. Cheers!
