Please note that memberships must be purchased via the OZNR app on your phone. We cannot sign people up through our point-of-sale system. Don’t worry, it’s super easy!
Beer Club Details
Enjoying your favorite brews should be accessible to everyone (over 21 of course), which is why our incredible beer club is only $35 per month! That includes OZNR and CC fees.
- 4 monthly beer redemptions (your choice of 1 option: growler fill, 4-pack, 2 crowlers)
- 10% off at all three locations every day
- Monthly beer flight or appetizer (food available at Oak Brook and St. Charles only)
- Early access to presales for special release beers like our Solera Discovery Series sours
Fine print? Just a little, and it’s nothing major, we promise.
- The redemption period for your beers is based on the calendar month and they do NOT carry over.
- The Beer Club monthly fee does not count towards rewards. This club is 100% separate from the Toast loyalty program.
- There is no option to buy the entire year.
How to get started + FAQ’s
How to sign up for the club:
- Download the OZNR app and create an account.
- Find and select your home location (Downers Grove, Oak Brook, or St. Charles). This is just for the initial purchase; the club is valid at all 3 locations.
- Select “The Alter Beer Club,” scroll down, and select “Subscribe.”
- You’ll be prompted to enter your payment information and voila! You are now a member.
How to redeem (“claim”) your included perks:
- Open your Oznr app and navigate to the Alter location you are visiting.
- Select the perk you wish to redeem from the list.
- Scroll down to the “Select Container” option and make a selection. For example, for your beer perk, choose either a growler fill, 2 crowlers, or 4-pack.
- Scroll to the bottom and select add to cart.
- Repeat this process for any additional items you’d like to redeem during your visit.
- When finished, click on your cart and select “Order” at the bottom of your screen.
- Finally, select the “Orders” icon at the bottom of the screen. All your redemptions will be listed. Simply click on each item and hit the “Claim” button in view of the Alter staff member. That’s it!
How to use your 10% discount:
Open your Oznr app and select the “Memberships” icon at the bottom of the screen. You’ll then see your membership listed. Simply click on it and show the Alter staff member your phone so they can see the “Active” banner. They will then apply the discount to your check.
How to cancel a membership:
Open your Oznr app and select the “Memberships” icon at the bottom of the screen. You’ll then see your membership listed. Click on it and scroll to the bottom where you’ll see a red circle with an X and “Cancel Membership.”
How to update payment method:
Open your Oznr app and select the “Account” icon at the bottom of the screen. Select Payment Methods and then make your changes.
