After you sign up you will receive a welcome email. Click the “view in browser” link to view your e-membership card with information on your account.
If you would like to receive the free birthday treat, you must click the birthday link in the email to add your birthday to your profile.
You can also track your points via the Toast Takeout App. Simply search for an Alter location and click on it. You should see a box that shows your points and allows you to “view more,” which takes you to your account info.

- This is an Alter-wide program and members can earn and redeem perks at all locations.

- Private Events – Points can be earned on food/bev/merch spend, but not on deposits/fees (if applicable at your location). Points earned for an event cannot be used towards that same event.
