Dark and expansive in appearance with just a glimmer of red starlight. Medium body.
Subtle stone fruit sweetness from the addition of Montmorency cherries melts sweetly into the delectable notes of vanilla and coconut from the oak barrels.
A stellar gem of the beersmos
Like its celestial inspiration, this “Hypergiant” is a rare and highly sought treasure. In the cherry hypergiant’s case, it can only be found in Alter’s corner of the galaxy. Lucky us!
We fused our barrel aged rye-wine and imperial stout with re-fermented tart cherries for a giantly roasty and pleasantly sweet stellar brew.
