One of the most exciting parts of planning at a brewery is developing the beer lineup that will be sent out into the world. Which styles are hot? Will this beer work in cans? It was difficult to choose from the variety of beers we produce in a year, as well as ideas we have cooking, but we think the 2022 Retail Release Calendar is an exceptional one.
Some of these faces are familiar. Most of our core lineup remains, and two seasonals will anchor the latter half of the year. However, there are three new exciting brews making their debut out in the market that we are anxious for people to try.
Ambigram Hazy IPA will be taking over the 5th year-round spot on the list. Dry-hopped with the gold standard combo of Mosaic and Citra, and an extra oomph of Idaho 7, Ambigram delivers a strong orange and tangerine aroma, with the perfect amount of juicy sweetness.
Alsatian Tartlet Tart IPA is bright and vibrant like the Medieval architecture in Colmar, France. Made with Barbe Rouge hops from the Alsace region that impart flavors of papaya, lemon, and white grape, its subtle sweetness is balanced by a pleasant tartness.
Alterado Mexican-style Lager A relaxed Mexican-style lager brewed with flaked maize, noble hops, and a strain of yeast known to ferment a myriad of brews from our friends to the south.
A classic spicy nose with a hint of corn mimics driving past your local tortilleria with the windows down.
