Crisp and refreshing lager character is brought forward by fermenting our house lager yeast strain at higher temperatures. Dry-hopping with a unique 4-hop blend adds adds berry and tropical notes with a subtle hint of spice.

… Dig the Cold IPA! We didn’t pick a “cold” IPA because of the season (although it definitely fits!), but instead as an innovative way to combine the best aspects of lagers and IPAs into one beer. By varying the fermentation temperature we’re able to bring out the best of a lager to complement a powerful bouqet of hops. We really think you’ll dig it.
