Hops: Loral, Barbe Rouge, Elixir
Outside
Light, straw in appearance. Light body.
Complex and enigmatic flavor derived from dry-hopping with Alsatian (French) Barbe Rouge and Elixir hops. Subtle aromas of currant and strawberry, as well as cognac and tobacco meld gloriously with a pleasing tartness formed during fermentation.
C’est Moi, Tartness
The Alsace region of France is not only home to the two beautifully complex hops we use to dry-hop Alsatian Tartlet, but it’s also home to a city named Colmar which is equally stunning. The half-timbered medieval buildings line the streets in vibrant color with unique wood patterns that stir your soul. These are the inspiration for the background of our label.
A flourish of color on the outside, and a complex blend of aroma and flavor on the inside make this little tartlet one of the most unique beers we’ve put in cans. We hope you enjoy taking your taste buds on a tart little European vacation. À votre santé!
