You must select “Outdoor Seating” in order to reserve an igloo.
We’re so excited to provide this unique dining experience here in St. Charles and hope you’ll join us for a night out in one of our awesome igloos. Here are some important details for your visit.
Do you need to have a reservation for the igloos or do you accept walk-ins?
Reservations are required and you can make yours on Opentable.com. Igloos book up quickly so you may need to reserve a few days in advance. Please note, you must select “outdoor seating” in order to get an igloo.
How many people can fit into an igloo?
Each igloo (we have 5 total) can seat up to 6 guests.
Is there a minimum spend when reserving an igloo?
Yes, there is a $100 food and beverage minimum per reservation.
Will there be anyone else in the igloo with us?
Nope! Each igloo will be just for you for the duration of your visit.
How will my server know I need something?
In each igloo there is a puck light that can be turned on to indicate that you would like your server to approach. Your server will not enter the igloo unless the light is on or they are delivering food or drinks. This will reduce contact and help retain heat.
Is it super cold in the igloo?
We have a small space heater in each igloo and try to keep the door closed as much as possible. Feel free to bring a blanket or warm jacket with. If you forget yours at home, we have some for purchase.
How long is my reservation for?
Each party has 90 minutes to enjoy the igloo. We encourage you to have your whole party arrive together so you can have maximum time to enjoy it together.
