Our host has been performing stand up comedy since 2006 and has been making a name for herself at various clubs, bars, theaters, all over Chicago and the Chicagoland area. Since then Kat has performed at nationally recognized venues such as The Funnybone, Zanies, The Improv, and The Laugh Factory, as well as more local establishments, including The Comedy Shrine, Westside Improv, and Still Not Friday at Two Brothers Roundhouse. In October 2009, Kat completed the improv training program at the Second City Training Center in Chicago, and then continued through the Improv Olympic Training Center in Chicago, where she graduated in January 2011. Later that year, Kat was a top five finalist for “Best Local Comedian” through SuburbaNites Magazine. Recently Kat has opened for SNL’s Chris Redd, and has been a producer of the Still Not Friday Comedy Showcase at Two Brothers Roundhouse.
Confidently awkward – Jack Baker is a staple of comedy in and around Chicago. A regular at The Improv and house emcee for The Comedy Shrine, Jack has built a reputation for himself as a local heavyweight with his unique blend of intimate stories and subversive observation.
Now headlining clubs, colleges, and indie shows across the MidWest, Jack’s comedy career began as a young college student at Northern Illinois University. There he was a contributor for the award-winning Northern Star Newspaper – a world he married with comedy as a producer on the satirical news program We’re In DeKalb, How Are You?
Since leaving his dorm room and youthful optimism behind, Jack can most recently be seen performing alongside such comedic powerhouses as Andy Kindler, Kevin Meaney, and Rick Overton, as well as producing A-OK Comedy in St. Charles, IL.
Stand up comedian Audrey uses her experiences as a Mexican-American woman and lifelong Chicagoan to craft comedy with a bite. Her unique brand of realness creates a magnetism that has been drawing audiences all over the Midwest since 2014. Audrey was a finalist in the 2016 Stand-Up Siam international comedy competition in Bangkok, Thailand, serves as a producer of Chicago institution Hoo Ha Comedy, and is a faculty instructor at the Second City Training Center.
Originally from Boulder, CO, Chris Higgins is a goofy, Labrador of a man. He is a producer of The Chill as Fuck Show at Second City and a regularly performs at iO with his team B R O T H E R. Raised on conspiracy theories and farmers markets, Chris moved to Chicago about a year ago to take being funny more seriously. His stand up strives to be light-hearted and unifying; he’d love to make you laugh as hard as a well-timed fart.
